Simon is a program leader and global client service manager with more than 35 years of experience delivering large scale, multi-disciplinary capital projects and programs for clients across cultures and geographies. He has expertise delivering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from acquisition due diligence to integration, planning, design, construction, and operational excellence.
Having worked with private, municipal, entertainment, and utility clients throughout North America and globally, Simon has developed management, planning, investigation, design, and construction solutions across multiple sectors. An important lesson he learned along the way—building a sustainable future requires developing cross-sector alliances today.
Simon grew up near the Santa Monica bay where he saw the effect stormwater pollution made on the environment, and he learned to understand the urban water cycle. This ignited his passion for marine biology and geology, and he committed himself to a career improving communities by developing environmental, water, and energy solutions.
To acquire the leadership skills and connections necessary to affect real change, he became a Coro executive fellow. These skills—in leadership and public affairs—have enabled him to engage with diverse stakeholder groups, key non-profits, and public and private sector clients to deliver integrated environmental, health, safety, and infrastructure solutions in our communities.
