As the Water sector lead in our Pune Global Design Center, Manoj oversees a team of 230 professionals working across various disciplines—civil, networks, building information modeling (BIM), process mechanical, instrumentation and control engineering, and structural. He also works in coordination with regional business leaders to help develop and grow Pune's Water sector.
Manoj actively develops and executes client-focused strategic growth plans for our Water Resources business, aligning plans with the objectives of the business, regional, and account management teams. Collaborating with regional business leaders, he helps identify key staffing needs and makes strategic hires to expand Stantec Pune's presence in the water resources marketplace. He provides guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
When he isn’t working with his teams, Manoj loves traveling and exploring new places with his family.
