Shaun is a project manager and senior highway engineer with nearly 20 years of progressive experience working on roadway and bridge projects throughout Pennsylvania. He currently manages various open end contracts and enjoys being on call and at the ready for any assignment. With his design team, he often refers to the diverse array of “tools in the toolbox” at their disposal to quickly react and effectively complete whatever task assigned by the client.
Pulling from his military background, Shaun promotes a “one team, one fight” mentality on his transportation design projects. Whether coordinating with the design team or clients, he believes everyone can work together to achieve the same goal. He makes it a point to involve junior staff in developing proposals and attending client meetings to expose them to all aspects of the project and foster ownership of the whole process.
Away from the office, Shaun volunteers his time with Team Rubicon, a national veteran led disaster response and recovery organization. He has assisted with disaster response efforts across the US. At home, he enjoys working on projects around the house and simply spending time outside with his family and dogs.
