Katrina is a wildlife biologist with over a decade of experience in wildlife research, ecology, and environmental consulting. She serves as our Ecosystem Resources group lead for Northern California and as a lead program biologist supporting our utility, transportation, and renewable energy resource market sectors.
Katrina’s love for wildlife has taken her across the United States and Canada. She’s worked on various research projects including raptor research in Quebec, passerine and seabird research in Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina, small mammal research in the California Sierra Nevada range, and mesocarnivore research in the Adirondack Mountains of New York. Her graduate studies focused on road ecology and wildlife populations, and she continues her commitment of promoting wildlife connectivity. Katrina is also passionate about promoting connectivity and equity within the workplace and every project she’s involved in.
Outside of work you’ll find Katrina exploring her love of art as a novice silversmith and watercolorist. She also enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, travel, and spending time with family.
