Brian has over 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. His responsibilities have included the assessment and remediation of contaminants in soil and groundwater, and he’s completed project management tasks such as developing work scopes for clients and contractors, scheduling resources, and reviewing project reports. Brian also has experience overseeing subcontractors and providing project technical support.
For over five years, Brian has been working as a project manager for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of the Budget, on their Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP). There, he assists RACP grantees and sub-grantees with the development of a RACP-eligible project scope as well as the collection, review, and recommendations of all pertinent project documentation. Recently, Brian assisted with construction management duties on a 90,000 square foot, $70M higher education engineering building.
Brian enjoys experiencing a large array of construction project types. For him, meeting compliance requirements is particularly satisfying. When he isn’t at work, he’s probably spending time with his family, at a sports event, or just out fly-fishing.
