As an environmental planner, landscape architect, and group leader for our environmental science and permitting team, Steve’s responsibilities are varied. With over two decades of experience, he’s passionate about the work he does and feels fortunate to be part of such a strong team.
Steve is known for the breadth and depth of his experience in natural resource management and restoration, recreation planning and design, and hydropower licensing. He’s served as project manager and as lead recreation, visual, and land management planner for numerous Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and U.S. Forest Service assignments. Steve has done extensive work with FERC hydroelectric project licensing, environmental assessments and environmental impact statement preparation. To top it off, he’s skilled at landscape architecture, land use planning, visual and recreation resource planning, wetland mitigation, environmental restoration, and environmental permitting.
Outside of work, Steve likes to travel, listen to good music and spend time with his family.
