Kasia is a senior engineering professional with 15 years of experience in the water industry, specializing in wastewater infrastructure feasibility studies and strategic drainage master planning rooted in hydrodynamic modelling. She has worked across the British water utility sector for major organisations including a water company, global engineering consultants, and Ofwat—the British water services regulator—giving her a comprehensive understanding of the trends in the industry.
With a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Lublin University of Technology in Poland and an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, Kasia is a chartered engineer and a chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM).
Kasia's approach to work is always based on inclusivity and collaboration with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, and authorities. She cultivates curiosity, openness, and mutual respect in her working and project sphere, which has enabled her to build good relationships in the water industry.
Outside of work, Kasia is a mum and partner and feels happiest when she can be with and support her family and friends. She enjoys science fiction and outdoor fitness when possible.
