A registered professional planner, Eric has more than 10 years of experience in land use planning, development approvals, and urban design. He’s worked on projects across Ottawa and eastern Ontario, ranging from complex rural severances to innovative community design plans.
With a penchant for building positive relationships with project stakeholders, he helps create tailored design solutions and navigate land development approvals processes. Some of his recent work involves projects with Correctional Services Canada, the National Training Academy, CLC, and the City of Ottawa, among others.
Outside the office, he’s an active member of multiple planning organizations and committees. These include the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP), Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Ottawa Chapter Programming Committee, and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Ottawa’s Government Affairs Committee.
When he isn’t busy with his latest land planning and design project, you’ll find Eric gardening, paddleboarding (weather permitting), or exploring back alleys and laneways.
