Hayley began her career as a field biologist performing wildlife and vegetation surveys for mining projects across Nevada and has worked on several National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) projects in Nevada, California, and Idaho. She takes pride in managing her projects efficiently, from start to finish, and creating long lasting relationships with her clients—she’s known to be a constant source of support and encouragement to everyone around her.
In her position, Hayley primarily oversees biological and hydrological projects in northeastern Nevada and is heavily involved in writing NEPA and permitting documents. She brings experience managing wildlife and vegetation projects including seep and spring monitoring projects.
With a love for the outdoors, Hayley enjoys riding and showing her horses, working on her family's Nevada cattle ranch, and hanging out with her dogs and her husband.
