With more than 30 years of experience in environmental engineering, compliance, and permitting, Brett has earned insight from the government, industry, and consulting sides of the business. He enjoys the variety of work offered in consulting and the opportunity to support community improvements and growth by providing creative solutions.
Brett’s experience includes working with state regulatory agencies as well as within the wood products, mining, and electric utility industries. As a consultant, he has served a variety of clients in the mining, energy, manufacturing, solid waste, water, and municipal markets throughout Northern Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin, and the Michigan Upper Peninsula. Brett believes finding a balance between environmental compliance and business and industry growth is the key to a healthy, sustainable future.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys the outdoors and actively engages in hunting, fishing, trapping, snowmobiling, and ATVing. His hobbies involve carpentry and home improvement projects along with making and repairing snowshoes.
