Sarv is a professional engineer and business leader with a background in delivering infrastructure projects across the US West. Her experience spans project leadership, contract management, and business development across Western Canada and the United States.
As a vice president and regional business leader for our Transportation Infrastructure group, Sarv is responsible for operational excellence and performance across a broad practice that includes urban design, highways, rail, bridges, transit, land development, airports, ports, and transportation planning. She focuses on enabling teams, strengthening client partnerships, and advancing the delivery of impactful projects that shape communities.
In 2023, the Women’s Infrastructure Network honored Sarv with their Emerging Leader Award, recognizing her leadership and contributions to Canada’s infrastructure sector.
When she isn’t busy with transportation infrastructure efforts, Sarv explores her passions for urban design, philosophy, and travel. She has visited countless countries and remains inspired by how thoughtfully designed infrastructure influences the way we live and connect.
