On Gerardo’s father's side, his family is dedicated to construction. His mother, who started out as a seamstress, always had a curious and entrepreneurial vision. From a young age, these two worlds have driven him to learn about construction and project management, bringing projects to life that meet our clients needs and change communities for the better.
Known for his empathetic approach, Gerardo strives to become a partner to our clients—he’s committed to gaining and maintaining trust throughout the entire development of a project. In his position, focuses on bringing mining, energy, and infrastructure projects to life that meet quality, deadline, and cost standards. He leads multidisciplinary teams to develop projects in both the engineering and construction phases and completes environmental impact studies and sectoral permits. He also completes designs at the pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic engineering, preliminary, and detailed engineering levels.
Gerardo is a passionate mentor, dedicated to passing on his knowledge to new professionals to help them thrive as a member of his team. Away from the office, he loves spending time with his family and friends, playing sports, and taking great care of his personal and emotional health.
