Tracy is a professional civil engineer who has spent his career in planning, engineering, management, and the construction of multi-disciplined, municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. His proactive approach to problem solving, management skills, and understanding of the client’s needs allow him to build solid relationships with everyone he works with.
One of Tracy’s recent projects includes a major international water conveyance project that included a shoreline seawater intake structure and a large water transmission pipeline. He also completed the design and construction of an emergency alternative project delivery procurement project for the City of Tampa, utilizing design-build project delivery that included the installation of a 3,600 gallons per minute (GPM) sanitary sewer diversion pump station and two miles of horizontally directionally drilled force main.
A native of Florida with a passion for the mountains, Tracy is an avid outdoorsman and lifelong boater. He spends much of his free time exploring and discovering the unique history and stories of the towns of Florida’s Gulf Coast and Colorado’s Rocky Mountains.
