Butch is an archaeologist, anthropologist and geologist with 36 years of experience in all phases of archaeological impact assessment and mitigation, paleontological assessment, traditional knowledge studies, Aboriginal and public engagement, environmental site assessments, and environmental geology.
When Butch isn’t sharing his musical talent with the office, he is busy digging up Saskatchewan. He’s had the opportunity to work on rewarding projects such as repatriating the remains of Chief One Arrow to the First Nation, and discovering artifacts from the sunken S.S. City of Medicine Hat wreckage. Butch shares his skills, knowledge, and experience through publications and teaching.
