As Transportation Planning Manager for our Kentucky offices, Brian bridges the gap between transportation planning and roadway design. With more than 23 years of experience, Brian has worked on a wide range of transportation projects across the country. His areas of expertise include transportation planning, transportation system design and operations, public involvement, NEPA, and access management.
Brian was one of the engineers who helped design Kentucky’s first operational double crossover diamond (DCD) interchange at US 68 and New Circle Road in Lexington. Due to the success of this project and others, he has been invited to speak at numerous conferences about the successful DCD design and has since helped KYTC implement more DCDs in Paducah and in northern Kentucky.
For the past several years, Brian has served as a volunteer facilitator with Leadership P.E. teaching the Communications session each fall.
