Ian has over 40 years of experience working across the UK and internationally in the nuclear decommissioning, defense, civil infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. He specializes in leading multidisciplinary projects, project management, recovering off-track projects, and independent dispute resolution.
Prior to joining us, Ian previously held positions as a board member in two nuclear and defense focused consultancy businesses. From this, he gained extensive experience of leading and managing major framework programs focused on strategies for national defense, nuclear safety, and facilities for waste management.
As a director with our Buildings group, Ian continues to form and lead highly performing teams and oversees the relationship with some of our most important defense clients. This involves identifying their most acute needs and connecting the dots between those and our service offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction, desired results, and sustainable financial performance and growth.
