Peter has over 30 years of experience in envelope design for new and existing buildings, rehabilitation design, and indoor environmental quality. With a background in mechanical engineering, he is well-equipped to handle buildings with complex envelopes and demanding operating conditions. His projects have included libraries, aquatic facilities, water treatment plants, and sports venues.
As a senior building science engineer, Peter has worked on hundreds of buildings, conducting forensic studies of building performance issues, envelope failures, and building design. He’s also taught building science and related topics at the university level and is active in several industry technical committees.
Away from building envelopes, Peter enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his family. An avid photographer, he’s working to expand his focus beyond buildings to capture a wider variety of subjects.
