We have been active in the building products industry for decades, providing engineering solutions that enhance our clients’ competitiveness. From mill conversions, line additions, and rebuilds to greenfield projects, our work covers a range of building products including oriented strand board (OSB), oriented strand lumber (OSL), laminated strand lumber (LSL), siding, gypsum board, and medium density fiberboard (MDF).

Growth in building products is being driven by sustainability demands and inventory depletion created by major events like hurricanes, fires, or floods. At the same time, the trend towards LEED-certified buildings is driving the increased adoption of alternative recycled and sustainable materials.

Our team is experienced in modernizing facilities for increased output, efficiency, and reduction of environmental impacts, integrating cogeneration systems, upgrading control systems, and implementing CADSIM modeling for operational optimization.
