An urban planner, Elaine has over 35 years of experience in development assessment and strategic planning within New South Wales and Tasmania. She’s been a member of Wollondilly Council’s Local Planning Panel and Shellharbour Council’s Independent Hearing and Assessment Panel. Prior to joining us, she was the director of TCG Planning, a specialised urban planning firm. She also spent a number of years working in local government.
Elaine’s worked on many significant projects—including the independent audit and assessment of a development application for the staged (concept) plan of a major redevelopment, the Hunter Street Mall, on behalf of Newcastle City Council. The works will value some $222 million when complete and involve the construction of a mixed-use development containing retail, commercial, public spaces, residential, and associated carparking across four street blocks.
Elaine and her family are intrepid travellers, making the most of their holiday time in adventures across the globe.
