As a Group Leader in our Water business, Stephanie loves the variety of tasks her role offers and the ability to be able to translate work from all over the world. From leading and mentoring junior staff to expertly navigating the challenging space of drinking, waste and storm water, she's able to upskill our young engineers and deliver technically complex projects for our clients.
Contract management, balancing project resourcing, and ensuring project teams operate efficiently is in Stephanie’s DNA. An example of such work was as a member of the Stronger Christchurch Infrastructure Rebuild Team after the 2011 Christchurch earthquakes. The result? Rebuilding the city’s horizontal infrastructure from the ground up, allowing Christchurch to be stronger and more resilient for the future.
Outside of work Stephanie enjoys running and swimming and watching a good British drama series.
