Ben works with clients to plan and oversee the construction of residential, commercial subdivision, and civil engineering projects. Tasked with balancing a variety of duties at once, Ben is responsible for overseeing projects as a superintendent as well as providing engineering solutions to construction queries and resolving complex and sometimes challenging site matters.
With the significant population growth in Regional Victoria, Ben has been busy working on a range of projects for both government agencies and private industry—including Ballarat West Employment Zone, Acacia Estate, Alfredton Grove, and Victorian water authority infrastructure projects. He’s also worked on the Ballarat Link Road Project, Stage 1C & 1D, where he’s helped improve travel times and reduce congestion in the centre of Ballarat.
Outside of work, you’ll find Ben gold prospecting around the Ballarat area. He’s also a seasoned runner, having competed in the Boston Marathon 2022. He also enjoys horse racing and attending Melbourne’s spring racing carnival.
