Siavash is a design manager who leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable, resilient, and cost-effective water infrastructure—from complex conveyance systems that bring us our drinking water to drainage systems that protect our communities.
Over his 22 years dedicated to the water sector, Siavash has led teams of dozens of engineers and technicians working across time zones to deliver water infrastructure programs valued at up to $4 billion in Australia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Most recently, he led the team that delivered the Strategic Water Projects Program for Etihad Water & Electricity (formerly, FEWA)—a $1.1 billion (AED2.5 billion), fast-track program that delivers water independence for the UAE Northern Emirates. In the Emirate of Sharjah, Siavash led the design delivery of SEWA water transmission projects and previously led the technical studies and delivery of the Environmental Guidelines Framework for Outfalls Discharge to Coastal Waters. He was also involved as a marine specialist in delivering the environmental impact assessments that supported the Dubai Deep Tunnel Stormwater System.
When he isn’t working on water infrastructure or leading our teams, you’ll probably find Siavash staying active outdoors with his wife and their two kids.
