Responsible for business development and process improvement with our Community Infrastructure team, Maciej has spent his career working in management and sales—he’s focused on improving team performance and optimising operations. Maciej's work in Australia and overseas employs his strong analytical skills and emphasises data-driven decision-making. He’s a firm believer that the key to understanding clients’ needs lies in empathy and in gathering good market and economic intelligence.
When he’s not optimising the efficiency and performance of this team, Maciej turns his competitive talents to playing soccer and tennis and socialising with friends.
