A principal ecologist, environmental scientist, and team leader, Carly helps clients understand the flora and fauna values surrounding a project and how to avoid and minimise a project’s overall impacts. She strives to find a positive environmental outcome, allowing projects to progress in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Over the last 19 years, Carly has managed and led numerous projects with water clients throughout Victoria and has developed a strong understanding of ecological and environmental planning aspects at the key stages of a project. She has established lasting relationships with her clients and is well-known for her high-quality work.
Passionate about sharing her knowledge of the environment, Carly has led sessions on ecology at her children’s primary school. She enjoys educating children on what surrounds them, connecting them to their natural environment so they can enjoy it more and learn to protect it.
When she isn’t mitigating a project’s impact on its surroundings, Carly enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and exploring the great outdoors.
