Lisha has over five years’ experience with air quality assessments and odour control in both Australia and China. She has played a pivotal role in developing technical specifications, conducting planning studies, fostering international collaborations, and engaging with key project contributors.
As a graduate process engineer, Lisha is particularly drawn to the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and develop innovative solutions. She finds the collaborative environment incredibly rewarding as it allows her to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to meaningful projects.
On one of her recent projects, Lisha worked on optimising chemical dosing in wastewater treatment to reduce odour and environmental impact. She tackled challenges like improving odour control, cutting costs, and integrating sustainable practices.
When she isn’t busy helping improve air quality, Lisha stays active and creative by hiking, cycling, playing squash, and trying out new recipes.
