With over 30 years of experience working both within government and with non-government multidisciplinary consultants, Shane is a highly skilled and respected senior transport executive. Both clients and stakeholders consistently benefit from his well-established project management and public policy expertise in infrastructure and general civil projects. Shane’s experience extends across all aspects of strategic development, project development, and delivery—from masterplanning to final construction. He fosters a distributed leadership model in an empowering and collaborative environment, and his passion has also been integral to enabling and implementing digital engineering design practices as standard across design teams.
Shane is a keen boater in his spare time and also enjoys hiking and camping.
