Working in the water sector for over 20 years with colleagues around the world and Australia, Tony appreciates the importance of staying up to date with the latest research, trends, and new approaches in the industry. He is an internationally recognised specialist in wastewater network planning. He draws upon his experience in hydraulic modelling, optioneering, and risk management to aid his clients in their strategic decision making.
Tony has led the delivery of several projects linked to supporting the movement from a capacity-based to a frequency-based assessment of catchment needs. His paper on the subject placed in the final 14 for Best Paper at the Australian Water Association’s Ozwater’21 conference.
He’s also proud of his work on the Cannery Creek project in Queensland, which required collaboration with multiple subject matter specialists across the industry to bring an innovative overflow management concept to fruition.
Away from work, Tony enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, and cooking.
