Maddison’s projects focus on improving safety and the environment. Using her skills in contract, client service and cash flow management she ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the quality our clients expect. She takes principal accountability for project delivery and facilitates communication between technical and support teams.
The most enjoyable part of her role is working with teams and clients from all over the world on a variety of projects. She works on dam safety projects that aim to protect the lives of those downstream, hydropower construction projects to increase availability and reliability of renewable energy, and wastewater treatment projects that protect downstream communities and habitats.
Being an innovation coach at Stantec gives Maddison’s passion for implementing digital innovations to simplify work processes another important purpose: to provide inventive solutions for our clients.
After work she loves cooking for friends and going on bushwalks.
